The satisfaction survey results for Criterion C4: Human Resources indicate that the majority of respondents rated the relevant aspects as “Good” and “Very Good.” This demonstrates a high level of satisfaction with the support provided for and the continuous improvement of the competencies of lecturers and educational staff in carrying out the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi). The following presents the satisfaction survey results for Criterion C4 from 2019 to 2025.
