The satisfaction survey results for Criterion C5: Finance, Facilities, and Infrastructure indicate that the majority of respondents rated the services as “Good” and “Very Good.” This demonstrates satisfaction with financial service management, including the provision of accurate and reliable financial information. In addition, the available facilities and infrastructure are considered adequate to support learning activities, practical sessions, and other supporting services. The following presents the user satisfaction survey results for Criterion C5 from 2019 to 2025.
