- Attach the Final Thesis Title.
- Attach the Final Thesis Completion Certificate.
- Attach the latest academic transcript signed by the Academic Advisor.
- Attach the TOEFL certificate from the Vocational English Language Test (VELT) with a minimum score of 400.
- Attach the current Study Plan Form (IRS) signed by the Academic Advisor.
- Attach a screenshot as proof of uploading the Final Thesis data to SIAP.
- Attach a certificate confirming the submission of the Internship Report (mandatory internship period of 5–6 months).
- Attach the Internship Seminar Report/Minutes.
- Attach a screenshot as proof of updating the TOEFL score in the Student SSO system.
- Attach the Final Thesis publication manuscript.
- Attach proof of payment for the current semester’s tuition fee (UKT).
- Attach a 4×6 color photograph with a red background (wearing a tie and UNDIP alma mater blazer).
- Attach a 4×6 black-and-white photograph with a light gray background (wearing a tie and UNDIP alma mater blazer).
- Attach a copy of the National Identity Card (KTP).
- Attach a copy of the Student Identity Card (KTM).
- Attach proof of the plagiarism check result for the Final Thesis report with a similarity index below <25%.
